Farmhouse Sink– Sold for 7.9% above

Subway Tile– Sold for 6.9% above

Quartz– Sold for 6% above

Craftsman– Sold for 5.4% above

Exposed Brick– Sold 4.9% above

Pendant Lights– Sold for 4.6% above

Frameless Shower– Sold for 4.6% above

Heated Floors– Sold for 4.3% above

Stainless Steel– Sold for 4.2% above

Granite– Sold for 4.1% above

Backsplash– Sold for 4.1% above

Tankless Water Heater– Sold for 4% above

Outdoor Kitchen– Sold for 3.7% above
